The franchise agreement Print E-mail

Any U.F.O.C. Franchise Agreement requires careful examination to determine whether it is fair and reasonable.

You should not sign any agreement until you have had it vetted and explained to you, by an attorney who has had experience with U.F.O.C. Franchise Agreements.

The franchisor has to notify you of any changes made to the U.F.O.C. Franchise Agreement. The franchisee has a cooling off period of 10 days after signing the U.F.O.C. Franchise Agreement, should changes occur during this period a further 5 days is afforded to the franchisee from the date of notification by the franchisor.
